5A-17.001. Definitions

Effective on Thursday, August 15, 2013

1The definitions contained in Section 6163.3163, F.S., 8and the following shall apply:

13(1) Act – means Section 18163.3163, F.S., 20the Agricultural Land Acknowledgement Act.

25(2) Local land use permit – means Development Permit as defined in Section 38163.3164(16), F.S.

40(3) Legal Description of Contiguous Sustainable Agricultural Land – means the property appraiser’s parcel identification number or a description of land for use in legal instruments for conveyance of property rights.

71(4) Legal Description of Nonagricultural Land Contiguous to Sustainable Agricultural land – means a description of land for use in legal instruments for conveyance of property rights.
