5B-33.002. Sale of Seed Potatoes Restricted

Effective on Wednesday, April 4, 2018

1It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to offer or expose for sale, or ship into this state, any potatoes or parts thereof intended for propagation, except as prescribed herein, unless specifically authorized by the department.
