5C-26.009. Dangerous Transmissible Disease

  • 1Chronic Wasting Disease, or signs of any neurological disease in Cervidae, is declared to be a dangerous, transmissible disease of animals and constitutes a public nuisance. Any person who has knowledge of the existence of this disease, or signs of any neurological disease in Cervidae in the state, shall immediately report same to the State Veterinarian.
