5C-9.007. Violation of Rules

1Any person, firm, corporation, transportation or other company which violates this chapter governing the control and eradication of cattle fever ticks, or the provisions of quarantine, inspection, disinfection, dipping, and movement of cattle, horses, mules or asses, hay, straw, sod, litter, bedding, manure, crossties, or pulpwood, is subject to prosecution for each such offense.
