5E-3.015. Master Registration Fees

Effective on Wednesday, November 14, 2001

1(1) The Application For Master Registration (Form DACS-13244, Rev. 6/01) shall be submitted annually by each commercial feed distributor and shall be accompanied by a fee established in Section 30580.041, F.S.

32(2) The Application For Master Registration (Form DACS-13244, Rev. 6/01) is hereby incorporated by reference. Copies may be obtained from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Bureau of Compliance Monitoring, 3125 Conner Boulevard, Building 8, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1650.
