5H-25.004. Submission of Proposals.

Effective on Thursday, February 2, 2006

1Upon the completion of the certification, evaluation and ranking, the project proposals shall be submitted to the Executive Office of the Governor, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House for consideration of funding.
