1(1) The examination shall consist of the following:
9(a) National:
111. Principles and Practice Examination prepared by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES);
282. Fundamentals Examination prepared by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES);
43(b) Florida:
45Florida Jurisdictional Examination prepared by the Department or Board designee.
55(2) Re-examination in the Principles and Practice Examination and the Fundamentals Examination will not be required for licensure if the applicant has successfully completed those NCEES portions previously; however, the Florida Jurisdictional Examinations will be required of all applicants.
94(3) Only a non-annotated copy of Chapters 95, 161, 177, 472, 718 and Section 108287.055, F.S., 110and Chapters 62B-33 and 5J-17, F.A.C., are permitted at the Florida 121Jurisdictional E123xamination testing site.
126(4) Examination security requirements as set forth by the NCEES shall be followed throughout the administration of the NCEES Principles and Practice Examination and the NCEES Fundamentals Examination. Examination security requirements as set forth by the Department 163or its contracted vendor shall be followed throughout the administration of the Florida Jurisdictional Examination178.
