5J-27.005. Liens

Effective on Thursday, April 4, 2024

1(1) The Department may place a lien on the foreign principal’s agricultural land for any fines that are not paid within 30 days of entry of the final order unless otherwise stated in the final order.

37(2) Any correspondence related to the release of liens pursuant to this rule should be directed to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services, 2005 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-6500.
