  • 1All dealers shall keep for a period of two years all invoices, manifests, bills of lading, warehouse receipts, receiving and delivery receipts, record of checks issued, bank deposits, bank account statements, and paid checks, ledgers, books of accounts, memoranda or other equivalent information relating to the purchase, sale or transfer of dressed poultry, showing the name of the seller or consignor, the name of the purchaser or consignee, the quantity, source, grade and part name or whole bird statement and make such records readily available to the Department during all business hours for the purpose of inspection, examination and audit.
