60A-9.004. Contractor Compliance

Effective on Wednesday, September 11, 1996

1The Office shall determine what constitutes a “good faith effort” for purposes of contractor compliance with contractual requirements relating to the use of services or commodities of a Minority Business Enterprise under Section 34287.094(2), F.S. 36The Office shall consider, but not be limited to the consideration of those factors set forth in Section 54287.09451, F.S.
