60BB-6.006. Representation (Transferred)

Effective on Thursday, May 22, 1980

1(1) In proceedings before the Commission, a party may represent himself or herself, or be represented by an authorized representative.

21(2) Unless notification of continued representation is filed with the Commission, a party’s representative in proceedings before an appeals referee shall not retain such status before the Commission.

49(3) A party’s representative before the Commission shall remain the representative of record and shall receive all notices, documents, correspondence and orders until notice of withdrawal is filed with the Commission.
