60CC-4.001. Proposed Agreement

Effective on Sunday, May 6, 1979

1When, pursuant to collective bargaining negotiations, the parties have reached agreement on negotiated issues, a proposed agreement incorporating all agreed terms and all terms prescribed by the legislative body pursuant to Section 33447.403, 34Florida Statutes, shall be reduced to writing and signed by the chief executive officer and the bargaining agent.
