60D-4. Rules For Construction And Leasing Of State Buildings To Insure Energy Conservation |

1(1) The selection of energy-consuming equipment and architectural components for all new facilities constructed for the use of a state agency and renovations to existing state-owned facilities shall be based on the life-cycle costs of alternative designs developed in accordance with Rule 4360D-4.004, 44F.A.C.
45(2) Leases: An energy performance analysis shall be performed in accordance with Rule 5860D-4.007, 59F.A.C., for facilities under consideration to be leased by a state agency.
