60H-3.006. Public Notice

Effective on Monday, December 8, 1997

1(1) Offers of real property to be purchased pursuant to Section 12255.28, 13Florida Statutes, will be publicly solicited by notice in the Florida Administrative Weekly and a newspaper of general circulation in the area where the real property is needed.

41(2) Specific parcels of real property being purchased pursuant to Section 52255.28, 53Florida Statutes, will be subject to public hearing as an item on the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund agenda when the transaction is reviewed for approval.
