60BB-5.011. Joinder of Parties (Transferred)

Effective on Thursday, May 22, 1980

1If it appears that the determination of the rights of parties in a proceeding governed by these rules shall involve a determination of the substantial interests of persons who are not parties, the appeals referee may, upon motion of any party of record or upon the referee’s own motion, enter an order requiring that the absent person be notified of the proceeding and be given an opportunity to be joined as a party of record.
