60CC-1.104. Exemptions and Waivers

1The exemption provided in subparagraph 6. of section 9447.301(1)(b), F.S., 11as amended by chapter 2023-35, section 1, L.O.F., applies only to the members of each bargaining unit that includes law enforcement officers, correctional officers, or correctional probation officers as those terms are defined in section 46943.10(1), 47(2), or (3), F.S., respectively, or firefighters as defined in section 58633.102, F.S.
