60CC-3.002. Who May Serve as Mediator

Effective on Monday, January 25, 1982

1The Commission, upon request of the parties, may, through its designated agent, select a mediator to assist the parties in reaching agreement. Selection may be made through the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.
