60CC-4.004. Notice of Rejection

Effective on Sunday, May 6, 1979

1When a proposed collective bargaining agreement is not ratified by a majority vote of employees voting in the unit or by the public employer, the rejecting party shall, within five (5) days after rejection, serve notice upon the other party of the rejection.
