Effective on Thursday, April 29, 2010
1(1) Lease Actions using approved forms, as defined in Rule 1160H-1.003, 12F.A.C., 13shall not require approval of the Department’s Office of General Counsel.
24(2) Lease Actions using non-approved forms, as defined in Rule 3460H-1.003, 35F.A.C., shall require signature by the Offices of General Counsel of both the respective Agency and the Department.
