60L-32.001. Determining Salary upon Appointment

1Upon appointment, an agency shall set an employee’s base rate of pay within the pay band for the broadband level to which appointed; however an employee appointed with trainee status may be paid less than the minimum of the pay band during the training period in accordance with the individual training schedule, subject to FLSA requirements and in accordance with Section 62448.110, F.S., 64the Florida Minimum Wage Law.
