60Q-3.001. Applicability

Effective on Tuesday, September 14, 2021

1(1) These rules shall apply to all voluntary binding arbitration proceedings of medical negligence claims initiated in accordance with Sections 21766.201 22through 23766.212, F.S., 25to determine and to allocate the amount of damages. All references to DOAH are to the Division of Administrative Hearings.

45(2) Any agreement to arbitrate medical negligence claims filed with the Office of the Clerk shall be deemed to incorporate by reference this chapter.
