60Q-3.003. Representation By Attorney  


Effective on Tuesday, June 27, 2000
  • 1(1) A party has the right to be represented by an attorney at any arbitration proceeding or hearing conducted under Sections 22766.201 23through 24766.212, 25Florida Statutes.

    27(2) Attorneys shall promptly file notices of appearance. Counsel who file any pleading with the Office of the Clerk or the chief arbitrator have entered an appearance and shall be deemed counsel of record.

    61(3) On written motion served on the party represented and all other parties of record, the chief arbitrator shall grant counsel of record leave to withdraw for good cause shown.
