60Q-3.027. Motions and Stipulations to Terminate Allocation Arbitration

Effective on Tuesday, June 27, 2000

1At any time before an order allocating financial responsibility is entered, all arbitrating defendants may agree to entry of a stipulated statement allocating financial responsibility, which, when signed by all arbitrating defendants and filed, shall have the same effect as an order allocating financial responsibility.
