60Q-6.119. Abbreviated Final Orders

Effective on Wednesday, November 1, 2006

1A2ny party may request that 7an 8abbreviated final order be vacated and that a final 17compensation 18order containing separate findings of fact and conclusions of law be entered. 30The request shall be made by motion and shall be filed within 10 days of the date of the abbreviated final order sought to be vacated.
