1The public lodging establishments covered by these rules are those defined in Sections 14509.013(4) 15and 16760.02(11), F.S. 18The public food service establishments covered by these rules are those defined in Sections 32509.013(5) 33and 34760.02(11), F.S. 36All other establishments defined in Section 42760.02(11), F.S., 44are also covered by these rules.
