60Y-5.0011. Answer

Effective on Wednesday, January 31, 2018

1(1) Respondent may file an answer to the complaint within 25 days of the date 16the complaint was filed with the commission23. The answer shall be verified. 29The person filing the answer shall mail a copy to the complaining party.

42(2) The answer may be reasonably and fairly amended at any time prior to the issuance of a determination pursuant to Rule 6460Y-5.004, 65F.A.C.
