Effective on Tuesday, October 22, 2013
1(1) Site conditions that affect the structure include the following:
11(a) Vegetation;
13(b) Grading;
15(c) Surface drainage; and
19(d) Retaining walls on the property when any of these are likely to adversely affect the structure.
36(2) The inspector shall inspect all of the visible and readily accessible site conditions that affect the structure.
54(3) The inspector is not required to inspect:
62(a) Geological, geotechnical or hydrological site 68conditions;
69(b) Erosion control and earth stabilization measures.
