61-31.605. Mediation

Effective on Thursday, January 30, 2014

1The following alleged violations may be resolved by mediation using the procedure adopted by the Department pursuant to Section 20455.2235, F.S.22:

23(1) Section 25468.842(1)(g), F.S., 27Committing fraud, deceit, negligence, incompetency or misconduct in the practice of mold related services.

41(2) Section 43468.842(1)(h), F.S., 45Failing to perform any statutory or legal obligation placed upon a licensed mold assessor or remediator.
