61-41.0221. Manufacturer's Obligations Upon Sale of Building

Effective on Sunday, September 13, 2009

1The manufacturer shall provide a TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION BOOKLET with each new building and component package. It shall include:

20(1) Precautions and instructions for transportation of buildings and modules; and

31(2) Installation instructions.
