61A-3.055. Items Customarily Sold in a Restaurant

Effective on Tuesday, May 2, 2023

1As used in Section 5565.045, F.S., 7items customarily sold in a restaurant shall only include the following:

18(1) Food; or

21(2) Beverages; or

24(3) Souvenirs; or

27(4) Gift cards or gift certificates.
