61D-2.016. Altered Identification Exclusion

Effective on Wednesday, April 12, 2006

1If it is determined that a racing animal was knowingly entered and raced under a different name with an altered registration or altered tattoo, in this state or any other jurisdiction, that racing animal shall be denied all future access to race tracks under the supervision of the division.
