61G14-17.007. Notice of Noncompliance

Effective on Sunday, October 19, 1997

1(1) As an alternative to the provisions of Section 10455.225(1) 11and (2), F.S., the Department may provide a licensee with a notice of noncompliance for an initial offense of a minor violation.

33(2) Minor violations that do not endanger the public health, safety and welfare, and which do not demonstrate a serious inability to practice the profession are: Failure to notify the Board of a change of address within thirty (30) days after relocation.
