61G18-12.014. Premises Permit or Mobile Clinic Permit Fee

Effective on Thursday, November 9, 2023

1Each application for a premises permit or a mobile clinic permit must be accompanied by payment of a fee of $250.00. The fee shall be waived if the permises is owned by a business with a current 501(c)(3) designation form from the Internal Revenue Service.
