61G3-19.008. Barbershop Defined

Effective on Monday, March 15, 1993

1Barbershop means any place of business wherein the practice of barbering is carried on, however this does not prevent the practice of barbering in a licensed cosmetology salon or the practice of cosmetology in a licensed barbershop, provided the barbershop employs a licensed barber.
