61A-10.014. Wholesale Dealers, Purchase for Resale Prohibited

1Cigarette wholesale 3deale4rs are prohibited from purchasing cigarettes from retail dealers for the purpose of resale; however, cigarettes may be returned to a wholesale 26dealer’s 27inventory by retail 30dealers 31if such returns are reported on the wholesale 39dealer’s 40monthly report.
