61A-3.050. Special Low-proof Products

Effective on Monday, January 20, 1997

1Special low-proof products are defined as products which contain less than 6 percent alcohol by volume. Distilled, mixed, or fermented products which contain less than 6 percent alcohol by volume shall mean only those products sealed by the manufacturer and offered for sale to vendors through licensed distributors in the originally sealed containers.
