61B-79.005. Plot and Floor Plans


Effective on Thursday, January 8, 1998
  • 1(1) Every plot plan shall be a legible, scaled drafted map and shall indicate the following:

    17(a) Name of the cooperative;

    22(b) Scale, date and north arrow;

    28(c) Ingress and egress;

    32(d) The use and approximate size, location, and height of all existing and/or proposed buildings and other structures;

    50(e) Common areas;

    53(f) Limited common areas;

    57(g) Easements;

    59(h) Parking areas;

    62(i) The party who prepared the map.

    69(2) Each item depicted on the plot plan shall be identified as existing or proposed.

    84(3) Every filing shall include, if applicable, a floor plan for each type of unit. For the purposes of disclosure provided to purchasers and filed with the division pursuant to Sections 115719.502, 116719.503 117and 118719.504, 119Florida Statutes, the floor plan shall be legible, and shall, at a minimum, show:

    133(a) The perimeter boundaries of the unit and the approximate dimensions of such boundaries.

    147(b) The walls separating each room within the unit and the approximate dimensions of each room.

    163(c) The approximate location of all doorways.

    170(d) The dimension requirements of this Rule may be achieved with a plan drawn to scale with the scale depicted on the plan.
