61D-11. Pari-Mutuel Facility Cardroom Operations |
1(1) The cardroom operator or management company shall furnish all cards, dominoes, chips and tokens.
16(2) The cardroom operator shall prominently display a list of all games available for play in the cardroom and are included within the cardroom’s House Rules.
42(3) The cardroom operator shall maintain a copy of the rules of play. The rules of play shall be made available to the division or to players upon request.
71(4) Card games that utilize a designated player that covers other players’ wagers shall be governed by the cardroom operator’s house rules. The house rules shall:
97(a) Establish uniform requirements to be a designated player;
106(b) Ensure that the dealer button rotates around the card table in a clockwise fashion on a hand by hand basis to provide each player desiring to be the designated player an equal opportunity to participate as the designated player; and,
147(c) Not require the designated player to cover all potential wagers.
