1All civil penalties imposed by the stewards/division judge must be paid within 15 days of the ruling 18unless the ruling is appealed and a stay has been entered pursuant to Rule 3261D-3.003, 33F.A.C. The fine must be paid within 15 days of the resolution of the appeal.
