61E14-1.003. Reexamination

Effective on Tuesday, January 5, 2010

1If an examination candidate fails to achieve a passing grade on the examination, the candidate may re-apply in writing for reexamination with the (appropriate fees) fees provided in Rule 6131E14-32333.00341, 35F.A.C. An examination candidate may only apply for reexamination within one year from the date of certification of the original application for a community association manager’s license by the Department.
