Effective on Monday, May 25, 2020

1Any person desiring licensure as a Community Association Manager from null and void status shall submit a completed Form DBPR CAM 5, Application to Reinstate Null and Void License, effective December, 2014, adopted and incorporated by reference in 39Rule 4061-35.020, 41F.A.C., Community Association Management 45Departmental Forms.
