61G1-11.017. Exemption from Renewal Requirements for Spouses of Members of the Armed Forces of the United States
Effective on Sunday, January 23, 2005
1A licensee who is the spouse of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States and has been caused to be absent from the State of Florida because of their spouse’s duties with the Armed Forces shall be exempt from all licensure renewal provisions during such absence. The licensee must show proof to the Board of their absence from the state and the spouse’s military status.
