61G10-10. Definitions And Public Comment |
1(1) For the purposes of section 7455.207(4), F.S. 9The Board defines “other business involving the board” as,
18(a) all regularly scheduled meetings of Board committees, and
27(b) whenever a board member has been requested by the Secretary or the Department staff to participate in a meeting.
47(2) Principal officers as specified in section 54481.319(1)(a), F.S., 56shall be defined as:
60(a) President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer of the corporation; or
71(b) any other officer who has management responsibilities in the corporation, as documented by the corporate charter or bylaws.
