61G10-14.006. Mediation

Effective on Monday, February 13, 1995

1Pursuant to § 4455.2235, 5the Board designates the following areas as appropriate for mediation;

15(1) Violation of Section 19481.325(1)(i) 20by practicing on an inactive license. Mediation is appropriate only for a first offense.

34(2) False, deceptive or misleading advertising in violation of Section 44481.325(1)(f), F.S., 46or Rule 4861G10-14.003, 49F.A.C., so long as the landscape architect has received no compensation for service sought by a client as a result of the advertising. Mediation is appropriate only for a first offense.
