61G18-17.006. Diseases which Only a Veterinarian May Immunize or Treat

  • 1For the purpose of implementing the exemption provisions of Section 11474.203(5)(a), F.S., 13the Board recognizes that the following diseases are communicable to humans and are of public health significance, and that only a veterinarian may immunize or treat an animal for these diseases:

    44(1) Brucellosis.

    46(2) Tuberculosis.

    48(3) Rabies.

    50(4) Equine Encephalomyelitis.
