61G19-10.002. Change of Status Fee

Effective on Monday, May 6, 1996

1(1) Active. The fee for reactivation of an inactive status license shall be $5.00.

15(2) Inactive. A licensee shall pay an inactive status fee of $5.00 when the licensee applies for inactive status at any time other than at the beginning of licensure cycle.
