61G19-9. Continuing Education |
1The following courses and course providers satisfy the continuing education requirement:
12(1) Courses conducted by an accredited university, college, junior college or community college, or by an official government agency or the military; and
35(2) Courses conducted by a recognized national or state trade or civil organization, any business association, private entity, or person provided the following conditions are met:
61(a) The course shall be registered with the Board; and
71(b) The instructor must be a certified building code administrator, inspector, plans examiner, professional engineer, registered architect, certified contractor, or a substantially similar authority in the field qualified as prescribed in Rule 10361G19-9.005, 104F.A.C.
