1(1) Interactive Distance Learning Courses which are live proctored shall be subject to the same conditions of approval as a classroom or seminar course wherein the course completion is measured by attendance and credits provided in the form of contact hours.
42(2) An interactive distance learning continuing education activity offered by a provider registered under this rule chapter must meet the standards for approved courses outlined in this rule chapter and, furthermore, must include a testing mechanism on which a passing score must be attained by the licensee prior to the issuing of credit.
95(3) An application for approval of an interactive distance leaning continuing education activity shall include the total number of interactive distance learning hours, the course syllabus, a detailed outline of the contents of the course, and the name and qualifications of all instructors.
