61G19-9.010. Continuing Education Courses Required by Disciplinary Action

Effective on Monday, May 23, 1994

1(1) Continuing education courses approved under the provisions of this part shall satisfy final orders of the board requiring continuing education as a disciplinary measure.

26(2) The disciplined certificate holder shall submit proof of completion of the required amount of continuing education to the Board within the time stated in the final order.
