61G3-15.008. Probable Cause Determination

Effective on Wednesday, July 16, 1980

1The determination as to whether probable cause exists to believe that a violation of the provisions of Chapters 455 and 476, F.S., or of the rules promulgated thereunder has occurred, shall be made by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
